I've been riding since 10 ,learnt on my dads 1974 Royal Enfield and have been riding
since then ,i'm 24 now and have been riding my Gasolina since 1999 ,I used to race 140cc open class on a Yamaha till I
met with a near fatal accident that landed me in a hospital for 3 months and a total fracture count of 18 ,I have metal implants
in my Left Femur(thigh), Left Tibia(shin) and Right Humerus(arm),Well suprisingly after this incident is when it began; my
passion for easy riding ; I was requested never to ride again by all who knew me,but id rather be dead than that. Just
7 months after the last surgery i hit the highway ,this time my Dad and I rode from Bangalore to Velankanni on a pilgrimage
to the church there, what an awesome ride ,we did 420 kms in 7hrs flat ,this is where I learnt the first few rules of the
highway from my Dad,who is also an Enfield fanatic ,something about the genes I guess. Anyways between then and now
i have made rides from Bangalore to Goa,Bangalore-Gokarna,Bangalore-Kodai-Munnar,Bangalore-Bandhipur-Ooty,Bangalore-Kerala,Bangalore-Coorg
and a lot of week end rides including one to Muthathi with the 60KMPH Biking Club. In total my Dad and I own three beauties
: My Dads '74 royal Enfield,My Gasolina '88 and a '69 Royal Enfield that both of us lovingly restored . My "Gasolina" and
i have been through a lot together and i have never dreamt of living a day without her, together we have endured bad weather
and scary ghat sections, punctures ,accidents, and enjoyed crossing state borders and little streams, beautifull sceneries, great
corneriing and a few careless slides, you name it we've done it ,me and my "Gasolina".
I have always been fond of drawing and sketching ever since i was a kid and since i
have an educational background in mechanical engineering ,the collabration of art and mechanics has always bedazzled me
,A lot of my friends have found my motorcycle designs pretty awesome and so i have decided to show them off .Hope you like
the designs ,let me know and maybe with the feedback i can push towards my dream of designing the new shape of the motorcycle
of the future.
